Starting a Repo Nation shed business too

What are the steps to transform you from Dreamer to Entrepreneur as a  Repo Nation Building and Sheds Dealer?

Repo Nation will provide the inventory and systems to help you succeed. But first, dealers will need to tackle details such as: Real Estate, Office Set Up and Business Set Up.

Real Estate

Most importantly, you must own or rent a good location.

What does that look like?

  • There should be enough room for multiple display sheds, tiny homes and cabin shells. Ideal locations are between one and two acres.
  • It is best to have a location with good drive by traffic so potential customers can find you easily.
  • The location should have an office space that is approved by local ordinance. There should be a minimum of 200 square footage.

Office Set Up

You will need a fully functioning office that includes:

  • Desk
  • Chairs
  • Computer
  • Printer
  • Standard paper supplies

Business Set Up

  • Business License
  • Business Insurance
  • Electric/Utilities
  • Internet
  • Availability to be open and staffed a minimum of 40 hours per week, including Saturday hours
